Operations Associate (Germany) – Berlin
Germany is one of our most important and operationally complex markets. As an Operations Associate, you'll be a key part of our growing German operations team, working closely with our Ops Lead and HQ to make sure everything runs smoothly, every single day.

We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with car buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Uber, but for used car logistics. We're backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we're scaling fast across Europe.
Bahn Express is scaling rapidly in Germany. We are at a formative stage where systems are still being built and future leaders emerge. This role is intense and some days are chaotic. You'll have real responsibility, make real-time decisions that matter. In 12–18 months, you'll have run a country operation and developed operational judgment most people only gain after 5+ years. So this is an incredible learning opportunity to disproportionately accelerate your entrepreneurial career early on.

What you become here

What you'll do
- Run daily delivery operations across Germany. Make sure vehicles move on time — every day.
- Make real-time dispatch decisions. Balance speed, cost, and driver availability under pressure.
- Own problem-solving. When delays or changes happen, you assess fast and act decisively.
- Be the link between drivers and dealerships. Communicate clearly and keep both sides aligned.
- Prioritize when things get intense. Multiple moving parts — you stay structured and focused.
- Improve how we operate. Spot inefficiencies, suggest better workflows, and help us scale smarter.
What we're looking for
No specific background required. You might have 0–2 years of experience in any field — what matters is that you've shown reliability, drive, and responsibility.
- You're ambitious and want to grow fast. You're motivated by responsibility, ownership, and learning how real operations scale.
- You take ownership. When something breaks, you fix it. You don't wait to be told what to do.
- You perform well under pressure. You can prioritize quickly when multiple issues hit at once and stay calm while doing it.
- You're structured and detail-oriented. You can manage many moving parts without losing overview.
- You communicate clearly and confidently. You're comfortable on the phone.
- Professional or native German (C1+) and fluent English.
